1. Fill in and send the Contact form with all the information we need in order to let you know our availability and rates

2. We will reply with availability and rates according to the size of your bridal party, distance to be traveled, and all wedding day needs. Emails are normally answered within 24 - 48 hours after being received.

3. Once we confirm availability and you review your quote, proceed to let us know if you would like to move forward with locking your 2025-2026 date. We will send you a contract link to complete.

4. Once you have completed and signed the agreement, we will send instructions to submit your deposit. All deposits are one small flat rate and they ensure the date is locked for you. Your deposit will go toward the balance for services rendered on the wedding day.​
